I can’t possibly vote. Dune, Brave New World and 1984. They’re all too good.

Some may already know of my weird illness. I’ve been feverish and have had a sore throat for a few days, and today my left ear starts to hurt, my nose is runny and I randomly break into annoying fits of coughing. And all the medicine I’ve taken thus far has proved useless. I might even have to miss one of my midterms. Which isn’t all that bad, considering I haven’t studied a thing XD

I came in third in the Biology contest thing, which is blooming awesome. Unfortunately, nobody else from my class did and I don’t know anyone of the other five that have qualified for the next phase. That makes me kind of paranoid.

In somewhat related news, now I’m almost sure that I want to study bioinformatics. And now that I write about it, I think that being a surgeon might be much nicer. Cutting people up and making their organs work again seems nicer than plain old research.
Just for the record, I don’t enjoy saving people’s lives and all that shite. I just like cutting them up.

I also bought tonnes of yarn (which might explain my constant sneezing), which I’m going to use to finish my scarf and then to make a pair of matching arm-warmers.
